Sasaengs

Obsessional “Fans” following or tracking celebrities with dangerous and abusive comportment, harming private life, work and family of those celebrities.

To know : Somes of the most present actions sasaengs do are : breaking into hotels rooms and personals apartments, following people on airport or multiple non-official or public events, getting personals emails or phone numbers, following people non-stop on personals, private and public schedule, obtaining private pictures and information…

Solo stans

Kpop stans that are only here because of one member in particular and aren’t stanning the group in question.

To know : Some of them can be harmful to the whole fandom, by making malicious rumors about one or another member, just because they thought their member wasn’t getting as much attention as they thought. Some can be really nice and just not getting into liking everyone. Be aware of who you’re following, and don’t be surprise, somes members, even thought we mostly don’t want it, will always get more attention, fans, and solos stans than others.

Serial fancallers

Fans that wins a lot of Fancalls with one or multiples shops that can lead them to be recognized by the idol.

To know : Often described as dangerous, most of them uses their money or group orders to win and don’t have any dangerous comportment such as sasaengs. Whether you agree with their actions or not is depending on your own moral not on factual acts, especially about how they communicate . But always keep in mind that most big serials fancallers are sasaengs too.

Fansites

Fans taking pictures of their favorite K-pop idols during performances, public appearances, and other scheduled events. Some can be non kpop stan and are payed to take pictures for some fans.

To know : Some of the biggest fansites on almost all fandoms are sasaengs or in contact with them so they can sell some fanmerch to help payed the travels for them and those sasaengs. Others can be normal fans or payed people but either way, we should as always be careful on who we’re following

Antis/haters

Kpop or non-kpop stan that hate and use social medias -or not- to spread hate and rumors on the celebrities they don’t like.

To know : Some of your biggest account for one group can be a hater for another group, or even the group they’re pretending to stan. Always keep in mind that people actions matters and any type of bullying can cause big damage, to the celebrities. You should report and send every account to your fanbase. Never engage with antis, it spread the hate even more.

Dwayors

Meaning deal with at your own risk, those are fans in the trading and selling community with warning about them, mostly about scamming people.

To know : The term dwayor is used recently outside of scamming factors and can be about people breaking their goms rules, goms taking too much time to send, fans with multiples trading issues and it seems to extends even more each days with the growing trading community.
